This is a great company to get all your fabrics. I have ordered from them several times with quick delivery and packaged well.They also have a great customer service team. Would recommend Terry’s fabrics with no hesitation

I brought 2 of ready made curtains. 1 I received with very bad quality fabric and acceptable at all, when I request for return, they said I have to pay return charges. the other item is okay (you get what you pay).Please keep in mind that you have to pay return charges.

Excellent service even on a bank holiday weekend. Ordered Sunday 2nd May received on Tuesday 4th.

Ordered Roman Blind track on 3rd March plus fabric. Delivery quote 12/4 then 18/4 tried to increase quantity of fabric. No response to phone, unable to email, order tracking doesn't recognise Order, how do you contact these people. Customer service Nil. They are good at taking your order and money.

I ordered 2 pairs of curtains which I knew were out of stock but new stock was expected. When they arrived they were different colours of cream. There was no response to telephone calls so I emailed Terry's but got no response. I returned them explaining that they were for the same window so needed to be the same colour. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I have still had no response. Very poor response and so disappointing given all the excellent reviews I read before I ordered. I am really hoping that someone will read this review and get back to me soon.

This is a very bad company. They were happy to take my money and postage money on 31st Jan with an alleged 5 day postage BUT 11 days later still no order and they don’t even answer there phones. Due to the urgency of the order I have now had to place the order elsewhere and if needed will take them to court for a refund

I've used them once before and we're fine......BUT have been waiting 22 DAYS now for my order!Sent three emails over several days.. No reply to any. Sent messages on their messenger fb page, answer just says we'll look into it. Really not happy!

I ordered some material for blinds. The material is lovely just as described and delivered within the week. Would highly recommend ordering from Terrysfabrics very happy with the service.

Placed two expensive orders last week. Money taken from PayPal but no confirmation emails, no delivery and no one answering phone calls or responding to emails. Very unhappy, want a refund!!!

Great curtains and arrived much quicker than expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Ordered Eleanor ready made curtains.

Excellent customer service , had to change original order because item wasn't in stock , no problems in changing order and item arrived early ,due on Monday but came on Saturday , brilliant ,can't recommend Terry's Fabrics enough , will definitely use again .

Very good quality & the design is very modern.Service was brilliant I couldn't believe it within 3 days my blind was delivered amazing in thepresent climate.Can't recommend this firm enough thankyou foryour service I would definately buy from you agai.
